He joined Bell Asset Management in 2006, initially gaining experience in client service and business development before transitioning to the investment team. In 2024, Joel was promoted from Senior Investment Analyst to Portfolio Manager. He has portfolio construction responsibilities and provides research coverage across the Health Care, Consumer Staples, and Financials sectors, spanning the cap size spectrum.

Joel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University, where he was part of the Dean’s Scholars Program, and a Master of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional Education.
