Before joining Bell Asset Management in 2025, Lucinda was based in the US, where she led Paradice Investment Management’s US business as their Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Her focus was developing products and infrastructure to support the expansion of the global footprint. With experience across the UK, Australia and North America, Lucinda brings extensive experience of engaging with clients and navigating diverse regulatory environments across jurisdictions.

Lucinda obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Kings College, London.
