Prior to joining Bell Asset Management, Michael spent 12 years at Vanguard, including 3 years in the US running their RIA business, with his last role setting up Vanguard Super in Australia. Michael also worked at Challenger and HSBC Asset Management in Australia. At Challenger, Michael assisted with the establishment of Fidante, their boutique funds management business.

His experience spans leadership, distribution and relationship management, investment management, marketing, product, and governance related areas.
